I am a clinical medical physicist. My job is providing radiation therapy services to cancer patients. For the work, we use many different types of sensors for measurements of visible photons, X-rays, gamma rays, electrons, and neutrons. Some of our sensors are arranged as 2D arrays for imaging purposes. I am interested in translating new sensor technologies to our clinic to improve the quality of patient care.
