My research interest is in the area of the detection of light from the UV to the infra-red using semiconductor photodetectors and high rate signal processing. My main area of research is in the design, construction and operation of detectors for High Energy Physics. Currently my research includes investigation of low-level signal detection with a timing precision of the order of a 10 - 20 ps.
